  • As-is analysis:
    workshops for process analysis and optimization; analysis of structure, integration and migration of the current processes, information flow and databases.

  • Preparation of specifications:
    we collect your requirements regarding integration, determine functionalities and describe processes.

  • Comparison existing and specified state:
    the variance comparison shows the changes required.

  • Definition of specifications:
    this is where we determine your specific requirements for the software, before starting to program.

  • System introduction and go-live; project management, user training: together with you, we design an implementation concept, plan the introduction, recommend action and define work packages for implementation.
